My two stars is due to, in my humble opinion, you have managers that maybe had previous job experience/success in convenience store work but does it translate to: good leadership, vision, and people skills? What if you wanted to build something “new” as far as convenience stores would it be beneficial to bring into your “new” vision, store or goals people that have let’s say your competitions “not new”: work ethic, vision, values, leadership or lack of? Wouldn’t you have to basically reprogram those who you were hiring from some of your competitors. Not sure enough questions to get an accurate sense of whatever purpose the survey was intended.
